What you share

Project enquiries and proposal requests collect the business contact details and project information you submit. We use these to review your request, prepare a response and manage the work. Please do not submit passwords, payment credentials or sensitive student records.

Private workspaces

Owner and client workspaces use sign-in and authorization. BRAINSMART proposal links use a private browser cookie, expire and can be revoked. A private link should be shared only with its intended recipient.

Browser storage

Your colour-theme preference is stored locally. Unfinished concierge briefs can remain in your browser tab until saved. Saved briefs, requests and project responses are stored in the site's database.

Contact and notifications

WhatsApp and email links open those services when you choose them. Configured notification providers may receive limited event details needed to notify the studio. Provider status is shown separately from confirmed delivery.
